Your box can connect to the Internet, so Cardsharing may be an option.

You could change the tuner to a sat one and explore the sat side. Or you could give it to me for free

Does anyone think C/S servers will hit the wall when the whole uk goes N3.. or will they handle the LOAD easily.. like lets say more than a mill boxes all on C/S

C/S servers..?? you are on about payservers mate..

true C/S is when people connect to each other for free, your box is your server..

Cant tell you how or why.. C/S chat is illegal..

By the way VM is a closed network.. they will see who shares their cards.. very dodgy if you try it

AHH.. your right... well payservers/boxes or whatever would they tolerate such a load.. I hear some sat C/S is jumpy with all these hops and stuff.. a few thousand legit boxes verus a few hundred thousand leeching bastards running off them..

probably best to google C/S mate due to rules.. a starter for one is that its best used in rings.. max of 10 people in a ring is ideal

                      Not quite mate.

                      There are ways around it.

I know the in and outs about C/S opsmonkey and I know its a banned discussion here

I was just stating from my first post did anyone think that payservers would be able to handle the load with near the equivalent of "hundreds of thousands"- within the UK- on C/S cable

ie: if I started a server tomorrow and everyone from here run from it would it handle it?..maybe.. maybe not.... just like any server with sooo many requests

And likewise throughtout.. apart from local sharing

i don't think it'll be that popular mate.. hundreds and thousands.. no way..

its not a question of the server handling it, more of the quality.. it would be shite with more than 10 people to one card..
