confused about virmin tv !!!!

i just phoned virmin as i have all there services and i wanted to know if i could have virgin tv upstairs for the kids i have the standed samsung box from them and im buying there hd box the end of the month so i said to them can i use that samsung box upstairs and i will have the hd downstairs.she said to me... if you put that box upstairs it will not work i said even if i use a spliter she still said no!! can anybody guide me if i can ??? also if they can will i still have all the channels upstairs????

maybe what she meant was that the card wont be in the first box it will be in th e2nd box due to your upgrade. ring back and say you want an extra box upstairs. she/he/they will tell you its an extra ?10 (or whatever) a month. but yes its possible the installer will run the cable as its their installation.

As felx1 has said they must have not understood you. They will install the extra box for you. Try haggle with them I got mine for an extra ?5 a month
