missing channels

hi wonder if anyone can help i have lost bbc1 /bbc2 have rescaned and set back to factory settings but still cant get them back help plz

Try a deep scan or a full power scan! but i would'nt worry to much all my channels changed freq last night an my box has gone tits up!
