Greenock - no channels after power scan

Channels lost in Greenock at 1pm today. I have factory reset and power scanned 6.887 155 mhz to 755mhz and still no channels. all connections fine as it was working this morning. scanned with no splitter attached.

Anyone know whats happening?

according to the Virgin service status site there are problems in the Motherwell area so this may be affecting your area too

I saw that mate. Its says loss of tv and broadband for motherwell. My broadband is working fine. Im not 100% sure but I dont think motherwell and greenock are in the same virginmedia area.

Virginmedia silver box works giving freeview channels but eurovox getting nothing at all. Its not looking good.

N3 not in greenock yet

im in paisley and got friends in port glasgow and greenock. we all classed as glasgow customers. virgin customers still not rcieved new cards so nagra3 wont have been rolled out as yet. i suggest re flashing box then try again.

another update as all my channells on sammy changed but euro still fine. engineer could have discoonected from control bx in street maybea.
