Digivox Bolton All channels messed up, Help!

Hi, ive got a digivox kdv0703, but today most of my channels wont work.

i have since rescanned the box and i think all channels are there but arnt showing up with there names in the same places, only small issue but why has this happened?

S/W version is v04-1.001BK
Boot Version 01

Ive got the cable to connect it to laptop and downloader 10 software is this what i need to do or is this the start of N3 like ive read on other posts.

By the way im in bolton bl3 postcode.

Or is this some other problem with Virmin!

Any help thoughts or suggestions would be great thanks.

the name is on front of box,try a factory reset first 0000 to delete then auto scan your provider and emu to on.
