hi guys need a little advise heres where i stand
i have a phone line talk unlimited broadband and a free box off virgin with standard channels which costs around ?35 a month

what i'm thinking
if i cancel virgin and just keep the phone with them would the free box still work and could i buy a cable modem of ebay wink wink nudge nudge

the box wont work, cause they will "fix it" or fetch it back, as for the modem i dont think it will work as they have "fixed it" but i might be wrong on the last part

If you keep your phone line with talk unlimited ?19.94, then you keep your box and get tv size M for free, the answer to your last question about fleebay is YES once you've set it up .

why dont u just have the half price sky offer for the year free hd box and all the channels for around 20 pound i think virgin will loose out from the sky offer
