Digivox has lost some channels, Help!

Hi I need help please,

Digivox XL USB - Stockport

I've lost some channels, only shows black screen dose not say anything about having no signal!

Tried a factory reset, scanned and enabled key - still the same.

Any ideas!! Thanks

some places had an outage,check your provider first for area problems
3.7Software is followed by ------- new cards then --------- Nag 3---------NO BOXES WILL WORK (apart for VM boxes)

Hi, You gave me the info for my starview at the weekend and all worked fine. My mate has a digivox xl usb and has the same problem. Is there an up to date software download for this box? Any help again would be fantastic

xl usb v1.07 in downloads above,have box powered off while inserting/removing usb,dont forget to factory reset and auto scan provider and keycode enable,menu-system info-ok1004,exit out.
