digivox t remote problem

flashed a box for the mate on sunday and the remote wont work tried reflashin and resetting a few times no joy

it only works when i use the remote from below the level of the box wont work if held higher or in line with it

something blocking the sensor on front of box on the inside maybe.

i removed all the plastic from box must be any idea what sensor looks like if i open it up for a look

problem solved were mounting the box on the ceiling il strip it one of the days when i get time and fiddle with it
