NEED HElp Here for dm800 dvb-c

HI all bro .. I just master reset my dm800.. and now it only boot to bootsceen only and black sceen...
when i wan to flash it with ethernet the box should write out the ip addess.. but my not.. is dhcp.. I manual set my ip address using serial console.. IT connet but my box still say dhcp.. what had happen .. does anyone know this.. MY box now can't switch on.. stop at bootsceen and gone ..

can i use by ethernet dan null cable.. boces i using laptop with xp and vista.. if need the null cablle .. can i buy null cable,r232 to usb dan to my laptop

I have a rs232 cable it have a cd to install.. I install in vista it ok.. but i install on xp it have error... Can u teach more.. Sry man
