Please help im new to this! Hi Guys, pleeeeeaaaase help! I have a Digivox Silver with the latest firmware v4300, I live in the Plymouth area. Did a rescan & all i can get is what appears to be freeview channels & a couple film channels, (sky screen 1&2) they all appear as tv**** in the EPG. I have tried everything from reboot, factory reset & rescan, set default & rescan, removed spliter and even reloaded old/ new firware but the same 76 tv**** channels appear, thats all i can get. All suggestions would be very much appreciated, thanks guys!

it sounds like a low signal as tv134 tv135 etc come up v4300 is the one to use,scan from main point for strong signal as extensions an splitters give problems,after you factory reset power off at back for a min then on and try again.

Also before you do, go into sys info, 1004, set default key then exit ,factory reset and autoscan again. If TV**** comes up again, stop it, factory reset again, power off box from mains and try scanning again. Eventually it should come up

Still no luck at the moment, tried all the above suggestions. I have more movie channels scanned now so going in the right direction ( 93 channels in total as TV 1234 etc, at the moment) will keep trying! A friends digivox xl has now the same problem, VM must be doing something in the south west area?

lots of people in the plymouth area are having similar problems. VM will be re-arranging channels for broadcastof NGTV and the N3 Stream. in a matter of weeks you'll receive new N3 cards for legit sub'd boxes.
