digivox -on cable in Ireland

i lost my aceess on Tuesday ,but yesterday i noticed i could download the programmes but was unable to save them by typing in 1004 .
have we lost the link or has the no. changed , or is their anyhthing i can do ?

irl have moved onto nagra3 from august of last year on n*l as most areas go channels go=no fix.
