Just as a tip while I chuckle away, if you want to stick with vm as your provider put in a cancellation request as we just got full xl package + sports n movies + multiroom, free boxes n install. ?65 p/m rather than advertised ?85, it's a brand new offer so alls good. We waited a week and rang yesterday and got processed as a new customer. Our first 6 months is ?45. Totally gen up. U have to phone tho not online.

That's with 20mb bb and unlimited calls also

Yeah , we rang them yesterday to get the bt line and bb install changed to our new address as it hadn't been done yet. Was meant to be free but they've decided not to honour it and want roughly ?150 to put up a dish, new line and set up bb. Really poor considering they didn't bother to even check our new house for a bt line which I know is there. The guy just couldn't care less so stuff them. We were gonna take multiroom and up the package aswell.

Their loss but I'm sure they'll survive.
Customer care non existant and tbh it's a blessing as the vm offer even at the 65? is good value.

New VM card received in Leicester. Letter with card advises to instll immideately. I will loose all channels in few weeks( do not know how soon).
My EuroVox box froze at 6.15 pm but after full scan it is O.K.
Don't know how long will it be before I will loose all channel and box becomes showpiece. Read about Nagra 3. Any update for above box before it is dead?
