caravan satelite

can anyone help me,i just dont no wer to go,i last year bought a screw fix small satelite unit for the caravan.i set it up at home,sorted,got the normal terrestrial tv,thats all i wanted,io then when away in the van,and still received the channels.(this was last year).now ive just been away and i couldnt get the normal tv channels,i set the dish for both astra satelites,but still no look,,,,,is there something im doing wrong,,,,or have the channels moved to a diff dish......

This is really the wrong section as it's in cable section, but I'm sure one of the mods will move the thread. Sounds simply like you have not got the dish set up correctly. The channels have not move satellites there still there. It could be that they have move frequency but to get no channels at all is strange. Check dish location and check you cables. Then try and re scan.

did you scan for channels? m
