pace 1000 help

my pace 1000 doesent work at all, not even the fta channels, also i dont think the box has updated in a while "software p1.3"

so i dont know if it needs updated if so how ??
also all the channels have lost any sort of order

any help much appreciated

hi m8 u need to force an update,ie 4321 if that doesant work pull the red jumper...
