Virgin issue - Birmingham

Lost all my channels at 7.45.. and seems my internet has gone too (on 3G to write this!) and was wondering if anyone else in the south Birmingham area has got the same?
Virgins not so helpful help/status page says no issues....

I pay VM for a m TV, L broadband and phone, but the sub box is at the mother in laws house... Suppose I could phone them myself.. just hope they dont ask anything about the telly box, such as code or lights etc!!

And yeah... the box is coming back, but looking to upgrade to V+HD...

just phone them m8 if theres a problem theres a message normally anyway ,, u can always say your at work and the wifes phoned u then u havent got tell them why your box isnt in

Unreal.... just sat through about 5 messages regarding telford losing broadband, then loads more options and recorded messages just to be told to 'unplug your modem and plug it in again, that sorts most problems. Thankyou and goodbye.' by some recording!!

Gotta love them !

Got through eventually... known fault with engineers looking at it apparently.
