Phone sly and tell them you would like their offer of half price sly for 12 mths. They'll ask you for a promotion code you obviously don't have one but some of your friends have it and why should you pay full price. give it a day or so there's a good chance they'll get back to you. Their whole package (TV) is half price. Don't know about the HD subscription though.
