V+ box update

I have the new style samsung V+ box and when i came home tonight and switched it on it came up saying 'you V+ box is updating please do not switch off' and claimed it would only take 20 min.

1.5 hrs down the line it is still there and i cannot change the channel!

anyone know what the update is for and if anyone else has had it how long did it take?

iam assuming this is a sub box yeh, if so just phone vermin they will sort it, it shouldant be updating for that long..
