I have a feeling there's an agreement in place between Devil Fish & Satman. DK doesn't have ITgate support so as not to catch anyone's toes.
If SK is lost for good then we might see a new area opened up. Until then let's keep our fingers crossed the current problem is resolved.
I'm sure we can post in the general cable forum with issues. Not sure if we'll be able to get the software support. Although I'm sure some people here will have the flash files on their HDD's somewhere.

hi guys, my first post on here, i am a member of SK but a bit worried that the site is down. Im happy to use this site from now on if it means i can get support for my itgate boxes. Bit annoyed that dbros.co.uk sold me 2 itgate boxes and now there sales line is down....i should of just stuck with my eurovox boxes.
There's always only been one place to go for itgate support and that's SK. It's not about treading on anyones toes, I know that's been the best place for that type of support and we've not had any demand for an itgate section.
I know you guys must be lost at the moment and I feel for everyone involved. At the moment, itgate receivers can be discussed in the General Cable section here on DK. I'm sure SK will be online soon and again there will be no need for an itgate section here. But, if SK doesn't come online, and there's been enough discussions to warrant it's own section, we'll think about creating one here. I'm not sure how well it would be supported without satman but I'm sure you guys are pretty versed on all things itgate too!
thanks Devilfish - much appreciated. I had a little scare with my itgate boxes yesterday...no channel were working and "wrong data transmission" error kept appearing. A rescan resolved the problem but it also duplicated all channels (does an add rather than delete then add). I found that if i want to watch a channel i need to select "all services" then choose the highest channel number next to the channel name...bit annoying but there is an easy fix...delete all channels then do another rescan. This is all fairly obvious but just thought id post it on here in case anyone else had the same problem. Also noticed lately that my itgate does require a resan quite frequently....more frequently than my old eurovoxs
its time to worry when the duplicate channels disapeer
then you are left with 1 channel with 2 data streams
then they pull the 1800 data stream
so as long as you have duplicates you have a bit of time left
Lost all my channels last week i factory reset an scanned again got all my channels back but missin the box office channel i asume that with sk bein down then servers down for internet connection for the ItGate is down (get no internet connections found) so cant download from cpanel anyone know the frequency for box office in Liverpool area ??

yeah please guys !!! , lookin round the net there is hardly any support for itgate , especially at the level satman and the crew used to offer , i know we dont have forever with these boxes , but i love my itgate and any kind of support would be good
