pace 4001 help

can some one tell me whats happening
when i hold down the downchannel button and put the power cable in and wait for boot and let go.
it goes to ap52 and then the box starts working.
if you just plug the power in it comes up with pace and then tune.
it stay's there for a long time and nothing happens.
can someone tell me where i'm going wrong.

m8 ur settins r incorrect, go into em make sure freq/simble/qam are set to default then reboot ur box and it should skip the tune and start stright away...
