i am thinkin of taking up the free v+ hd box offer, anybody if virgin will get the sky sports hd channels, as i am only interested in hd if i can get these.

Good question mate. I'm wondering if they will become available once N3 is rolled out... or perhaps Sky will keep em to give themselves the edge?!

Sky are under no obligation to let Virgin have the Hd channels offcom cant do nothing so Sky will keep it exclusive to them selves their Crown Jewels if u likeComment

Only way is if Ofcom force sky to wholesale them, pretty sure ofcom was looking into the matter recently.Comment

What usually happens with sky and ofcom is that ofcom will try to force sky to do something, the last incident was that ofcom ordered sky to reduce their prices, sky then contest it and it goes to a tribunal, and as we all know this could take years.....yet again sky win end of....Last edited by chucklor; 22 May, 2010, 04:41.Comment

"we are in the interst of uk consumers". i hope these prices will come in for the new season, i rang vermin media yesterday to ask about this free box offer, to have tv xl and sky sports, wiv lowest broadband and phone option, ?67 A MONTH!! thats doesnt even inlcude sky movies or sky sports hd obviosly, quite a steep price, my mate has got sky+ hd with all channel and espn and still only pays 60,Comment
