Why no sticky/thread for Digivox

I have a Digivox 2007 and have had a few problems with it losing channels etc over the years. I had to update the firmware once to the downloader 10 whatever that means but it worked. Since then it still goes off every now and then but a full retune and 1004-EMU ON etc normally fixes it. It's now playing up again. I've lost a few channels and cant seem to get them back. Each retune turns up a different result. Either 108 un-named channels or 316 named channels. Whats going on and is there any help out there? I noramlly check in the AU fixes thread but no-one seems to be having problems at the mo.
Is it time for a newer box and if so, any recommendations?

you must have been away a long time as alot of things of happened since then,worst of all nagra3 new encryption which
is making a lot of boxes into doorstops

I have been away for a couple of weeks and the box was ok when i returned. Its only just gone bad the last couple of days. Any new boxes you can recommend cacti?
