Well seeing as though Teesside has been hit with N3, i've got my virmin box back up and running and inserted the new card etc.
To my suprise im only getting certain channels like 1,2,3,4,5,BBC3 etc and not Dave, Bravo and other channels i should be receiving on my package.
Is there a way to get these pack or re-fresh the box or something instead of phoning up virmin and waiting half a century for them to come and fix it?
