Best box for recording and watching at same time?

Hi ya,

What twin tuner box options are out there. Switched to cable from sky and would like to use a box similar to sky +. Is there any options out there.

starview pvr has two tuner so you can view something and record at the same time dont know if there still making them since star view 4 usb is out now
