UK cable in Netherlands

Hello Everyone

I am living in Netherlands and am not allowed to have a satellite dish at my appartment.

So i am thinking to find out the best solution to watch TV on my TV and not PC i do not mind connect my box to the PC to watch TV via my TV,

I have heard of dbox, eurovox, dreambox, also a slingbox?

what is the best possible soultion i will leave that for you to help me with?
