Cant Set Net ID

Hi All, im trying to set the Net Id on my Di4000n box, when i try it keeps setting itself to 65535.

I have done this many times before on this box, but now i can seem to set it correctly.

Im using the NetIDv2.1.7

Ive tried setting it with an Atmega163 and a Funcard 4.

Does anyone have any ideas?

There is a new NetIDv2.8 works 100%. Before you use it remove battery if it?s 4000 box and remove red connector and remove power supply cable on the board for five minutes, put every thing back and use new NetIDv2.8 programme with Atmega168 card it works for me

Hi thanks Chris, ive done it this way before by removing the red jumper and replacing and tried setting the Net ID after setting the frequency then putting card on second page where Net ID is 09999 and it worked before, i cant see why it does not work now.

Im not sure why it does not work now.
