Lost channels

Hello there everyone ive lost my sky movies channels on my arnet kryptview and dbox2 boxs can anyone help me get them back on please? Or is this nagra 3 coming into my area cos ive scanned my boxs and they still are not getting them! Help please!!!!!!

sounds like n3,have you factory reset and auto scanned,are you getting waiting for code update=n3

Yes done all of the above mate but still the same. I was talking to a local virgin media engineer and he told me nagra 3 would only effect chipped virgin media boxs and not other manufacturers boxs. Anyone know any different. Also im in the newcastle area and if nagra 3 was in surely all of my channels would have went off my boxs?????

I live in the Newcastle area also and have also lost the Movie channels while doing a rescan, a bit annoying as they were working perfectly before I scanned!

I received my new VM card in the post a few weeks ago but I don't believe they've switched to N3 yet as I am still getting Sports etc..

Anyone have any ideas?

As I've seen from other posts with people being hit by nagra 3,you loose channels a few at a time and not all at once.

you had better start to read other posts as nagra3 was brought out to stop non provider boxes from working,they send the card out and in a few weeks later switchover starts
movies and asian go message reads waiting for code update as it never does so no picture.you will be left with 1-5 channels.

you have to have the latest firmware on box and a factory reset and auto scan and emu or keycode enable for a slight chance of recovery if not on n3.

all in downloads on top of forum.

lost mines today also , rescan wont fix , in paisley , scotland.

so there is new firmware for all boxes then that will fix?

as cactikid said if your area has gone nagravision3 thats it, there will be no fix, no new firmware, no keys, the end of free tv.
