right here goes get remote go 2 menu, go to factory reset press pin should b 0000,delete channels ok then go back to first opoin think its auto scan make sure it is at ntl hit ok channels should start to scan if numbers start coming up stop and delete channels again right it should find 300 odd channels m8 right exit everything and try a pay channel if it is a blank screen go to menu got system information point remote at box press 1004 it should throw up another page scroll down to key emm make sure its on ON go back to a channel walla all should be back on

as said above reset,auto scan maybe chor*s for belfast,find listed channels,exit out then press menu-system info-ok1004-key emu to on or enable keycode and exit.
