Uddingston Channels Now Going!

I've hardly got anything working now after doing a couple of rescans.

I certainly won't be paying for it, might just get a Satellite package.

I paid for a low Tv package with phone and broadband for many years, now they can kiss that goodbye !

It was better than nothing, all they did now is make sure they will get nothing from me.

You are angry because you cant get free tv anymore?
Think how much money you have saved over the years and think yourself lucky. There are millions out there that pay for full packages and have done since day 1.

I'm not angry more depressed

I am well aware of how long I have benefited from free TV and new that N3 was happening, now that it has I am just going to swap providers plain and simple.

Think of the thousands if not more who all paid for a basic package while using 3a rd party box, that was still alot of money for Branson, if everyone who did this now goes to Satellite then introducing N3 will cost them alot of customers.

i for one would sooner do without than give murdock a penny... dirty aussie get... will pay vermin back as little as possible, but cant and wont complain about what i have had over the last 4 years..

And its that kind of attitude that will get you no where! You have ripped off the cable company to the tune of ?90 per month on average, and now because you cant, your going to change providers? Grow up!

Satelite already has N3, and it has not caused them any problems. Also everyone is blaming Branson, how many of you know that he only owns 15% of the company, and simply they use his brand name as its well established? The company is still NTL just rebranded slightly different.

You can get a Satellite of your own and get all channels without paying a company for them or doing anything wrong I have heard ?

I doubt that very much. No satelite service is totally free, you will need to pay a min sub to someone. Normally ?10 and upwards.

You can get a satelite service, and get channels, but they will all be scrambled, because they are encrypted to N3 encryption. So unless you know something the other 200,000 members of this site and others dont know?

A guy I talked to on a Sports Forum was telling me he was watching Sports and more for free with his Sattelite, he said he was getting channels from Europe ?

I didn't take it on board really, I just remember him saying it.
