    How is this possible?

Earlier, i called VM and said I have'nt received my new card yet, the lady took my details and made some checks, came back and said that the system is showing that I am using the new card!
(the new card is still stuck to the letter and in the cupboard!)

I said again that I have'nt received the new card and the old one is still in the STB, and she is insisting that the system is showing that the new card IS in the STB.

She asked if I had lost any channels, I said no.
She then asked if I am getting a message saying to replace the card, I said no.

She then again said that I must be using the new card as the system is showing the new card paired with the STB!!!

The new card is deffo not in the stb nor has it been inserted and then removed.

Anyone know what may be going on here?

      This is really weird
Ok, I called VM again today from my landline and got routed to a guy at the Indian call centre, I explained that I got a call on my landline last week saying I havent inserted my new tv card yet and aske him what was all that about a new card. (standard call which most peeps received)

He took my details and checked and said that according to his system I was using the new card!...BUT I AM NOT, I still have the old purple and green NTL card in the stb and the new card is still stuck to the letter.

Surely, both the lady in UK and the Indian guy can't be lying.

Have lost some movies, music and indian channels on the eurovox. But i dont get any message on the VM stb to change cards.

LMAO. The indian, and any other CS agent will check the notes of previous calls and see that the previous CS agent would of said this, and will just reiterate it. I wouldnt complain mate, if its working leave it. However it wont last forever, and you will require the new card before too long.

Have they asked you for the last 5 digits of your card number at anytime? Or for the number on the card? If not, then they aint checked what card he has in the box, or what card is paired with the box.
