    Life after Nag 3?

So now that all our boxes are coming to the end, we are all faced with a choice. I had already made mine as soon as i got my new N3 card.

I got Sky installed, but what i was not sure about was if the boexs will still work on the free to air channels, can anyone tell me that has already gone N3 if the box still gets these channels or are all the boxes about to be sent to the dump?

    Thanks in advance!

as said above you get about 15 channels ish but you also get some of the chanel marked tvs or somthing been nag 3 for about 2 months now but watched a box office movie the other day, although you get no listing and no idea when stuff is on. best i can work out is there are a certain number of people connected to a hub and each resident has there own dedicated tv channel that they use for the on demand service and this is still unencrypted (although needs to be rescaned often to open up)we can still tap into everything on the hub and so can watch what thye are watching on there on demand service one time i watched a show and it got fast forwarded through half of it. but its a couple of things and somtimes like the other day i got a film but you got to be lucky

All i'm looking for really is Cbeebies, the boxes can go in the little ones room. I got Sky put in a few weeks back due to the new cards being sent out, but would cost me ?30 extra for the multiroom in 3 rooms plus the ?10 HD cost so my little boxes will still save me some money right up to the end!

As many have said we can't really grumble, we've had a good run!

On the brightside i now have a good excuse for visiting my pub as i wont be paying for ESPN and Sky Sports! Every cloud!

You could get one extra box mate, and get the magic eye things, if they all want cbeebies in their rooms. However they would have to watch whatever the master box was watching.

Cool, that's a good idea. I know you get Cbeebies on freeview, but the signal in my area is pretty bad on some channels, this makes the signal irrelevant!
