Cisco V HD box and RF modulator

I have a new virgin cisco HD box and also want to connect another tv to it via a RF modulator.
Does anyone know the channel/frequency the RF modulator needs to be set to, as the V HD box does not list the RF channel in the engineers set up screen (just say's none)

Thanks..I'll give it a whirl. Failing that I think the Adaptor is naff...
