Why can I get Cartoon Network Too?

All my channels have gone but I can still get Cartoon Network Too. Anyone any idea why? Isn't this encrypted as well on Vermin?

I can get Cartoon Network by sticking the cable straight into the back of the TV so I guess it must be FTA.

All my channels have been gone for weeks now but but I plugged in the box the other day just out of curiosity and started flicking through the black screens I was surprised to find I can still get Cartoon Network Too (explained) and strangely enough 2 of the TVX channels

Yeah it is still transmitting both data streams where i live, so are some of the other channels like itv3 etc
