    The Box Super USB - no signal

    Hi, bit new to this. I have reset the box and carried out the instructions to load the firmware and logo file on, then change the keycode to yes, then scanned TW for channels. Im still getting no signal. kids are going up the wall. can some one help please. churs slim

    Hi pal me too. Lost everything! Dont know what to do? Tried loading the latest firmware but even that doesn't work. Need help here! Jon in Devon

        no signal may also be a breakdown in your area,even on n3 you still get a signal,is coaxial plugged into cable input.

        try unplugging coaxial and plug into tv does it work,no=breakdown.

          My Box been losing channels for weeks now in Brum but some do come back even If It's only for a short stay.
          I guess they getting ready for the big switch

            I'm in brum & all channels are still up & running, have you tried factory settings and rescan?

              if you have still channels,maybe they have old firmware or scanning wrong provider.

                If they had the channels & only been losing them for the past few weeks I would assume the correct firmware is installed!! Anyway it's v1.12 and TW but sometimes you may have to scan on ntl, hope this helps.

                  Yes done quite a few scans with ntl and t/w but no luck got all sports but only about 5 movie channels It found all movie HD channels thou.
                  seems they're starting to lose services in dudley/wolverhampton areas.
