    What is going on with my VM channels?

    Hey guys,

    what's happening with the VM channels? THey are slowly going one by one. Sorry to sound like a noob but is there a solution to what is going on? I heard they are changing their cards...are these not crackable? Is there any solution for it yet?

    Also, my mate boasts that he got this guy to fix him with up with all the channels for ?260 after all his channels went too and says it should last for a while (it's supposed to be some cardless box???). Is this guy genuine or is it only gonna last a few months before they go too.

    Lastly, if i was to get a cable box, eg. Eurovox, what channels would i be able to recieve via my VM cable that's fitted in? Would I be able to get paid channels like Sky Sports/Movies or would it just be freeview ones only? Also, can you get Zee Network (indian channels) if I was to get a new cable box?

    I know it's a lot of stuff but any help would be great and like i said, sorry for sounding like a noob!!

      Theres no solution and not likely to be one in the forseeable future. The box your m8 is talking about is connected to a server via an ethernet cable and the internet and is very unreliable, save your money, also save your money on the Eurovox because that will not work when Nagra3 is here, which may already be the case in your area.

          Thanks for replying back so quickly. Because I have a bad signal from the aerial on my roof to get all the freeview channels (I get BBC1,2,3,4, ITV1+2, More4 and E4 but notthing else), will I be able to hook up any type of box to my VM cable to get all the freeview channels? If so, what is the best box to get?

                  no, mate, 2 different types of transmission...be better to get a new aeriel....
                  btw, you can get free footy on the internet.....
