Slot In Tv for a card

Hi everyone,
I was just wondering if there are any cards available to put into
the card slot on the mrs Tv to get any extra channels,she already has freeview.
I know there was some before offering (Setanta - Espn) can i still get anything like that even if i have to pay for one,
She actually wants UK gold,
If anyone can point me in the right direction
