Has Wirral gone N3?

Hi,
I've just come back off my hols and found that all my sports/movies etc have gone off. I've re-scanned and rebooted but still no joy. Just wondered if this is the dreaded N3 to hit the Wirral or are there others in the area who are still receiving them?

Oh well,all good things come to an end. I'll just have to start looking at going down the satellite route.
