Hi all have just added the sports package and movie channels 4 27 quid but every time u change channels between movies it asks 4 pin code, hav looked in settings and still cant get rid of it! any ideas cheers???

recon you got child lock on it somewhere ,check out chil lock in settingsComment

Have looked at all that stuff even phoned them they just said they cant remove it? is a right pain every movie channel u have to put in the pin codeComment

check ur parental settins m8 iam sure that u can stop it from asking for the pin in there.....

Not sure if this is 100%, I'm sure that this only happens during watershed ie; prior to 9pm, have a go after that to see if you still need pin.Comment

You cant make this little annoyance go away completely but you can make it appear less often.
On your original VM remote press the guide button. This should bring up a list of options. look down the list untill you see settings (I think its No 8) then from that menu you can change the pin numbers unlock locked channels etc etc.
What you need to do is alter your parental controls untill it shows STANDARD, that is the least intrusive setting to your film channels and require the pin number only for 12 rated films before 8pm 15 reated before 9pm and 18 rated before 10pm. Using this setting will not make it go away but should reduce the number of times you have to type your pin.
There are lots of other settings here including voting and playing games with or without the pin but all will make the problem worse not better (but good if you got nosey kids).
