DIGIVOX XL NOT GETTING SKY 1 HELP

I HEARD THAT VIRGIN WAS GETTING BACK NEW CHANNELS SO DONE A SCAN BUT I STILL CANT GET SKY ONE BUT I GET SKY 2 & 3, IS ANYONE ELSE HAVIN SAME PROBLEM MY GIRLFRIEND CAN GET IT ON HER EUROVOX. I HAVE A DIGIVOX XL WITH THE LASTEST UPDATE DONE ABOUT 40 SCANS AND STILL NO LUCK. CAN ANYONE HELP ME PLEASE.

if ur girlfriend gets the channel and same area get the frequency off her box and enter data into manual scan on urs and scan

hi try a factory reset and do a scan

Do a manual Transponder scan on one of ur existing sky channels and put the network field to Enable and u should get the missing channels

tried putting in the frequency and doing a manual scan and still the same. Tried everything but still cant get it.

How do you do a factory reset on a digivox xl?

goto menu then select factory reset.u will need to put in a pin number the press ok.thats it then u will need to do a scan again
