    Bubblesupplies.co.uk - no response

    Hi,
    sorta new here, but have been browsing for a while now.

    Just wanted to know if anyone had ordered anything from bubblesupplies lately? I ordered 2 digivox t boxes from them in May (before i was a member here) to set up in two rented houses. I got a mail from BS saying it would be a few weeks before they could get the boxes, i said i would wait. In July i got a mail saying that they were going off the market and would i be interested in getting a sat system that would do the same job (cs). I rang back for a week and got a woman and told her the story and asked for a refund as i hadn't recieved anything. She said my order would be marked for a refund. That was over a month ago and i can't get any reponse from them by ringing or from email.

    Just wondering if anybody else was in the same sort-of boat?

    or any suggestions as to here to go from here?

      bubles are all welll but you must keep phoneing them to get things sorted but it will get sorted

          Yeah, ringing every day for over a month...no answer though. Keep trying and look for any other way to get the cash back.

              bubblesupplies cropping up quite a bit lately bud and all being treated same as yourself, so it would seem a place for others to stay well clear off, if you paid by paypal get onto them and if by credit card get bank to do a charge back quickly
