    Whats happening in Bristol?

Box went off yesterday (DMC500) I checked VM status page and TV was disrupted. Later last night- still no channels (Status good) so I rescanned (Bruteforce) but still no TV, although a friend less than a mile away has all channels and no problems?
When I scan it finds loads of services and transponders but I just get a black screen/no picture on any channel.
    What next please?

I understand about nag3 but why would a person less than a mile away not be affected, I've just rang him and he now tells me no Movies but all sports and others?

Not all of the city will go off at once mate. They are gradually swapping each sector one by one.

I'm in BS6 and lost movies tonight but still got sports, fingers crossed i might get a few matches at the w/e or even a Champs League game!

Yeah, we've had a good run but the end is nigh.

I pay ?33 for the xl package -- just have to decide whether it's worth another ?27 for a bit of footie!

Finally gone -- lost all channels in BS6.

Can't complain, have had a good run for over 7 years.

Will miss my 500c, loved being able to personalize it.

It's going to that place in the attic until a fix appears but won't hold my breath for now.
