Hi I have a star view 4 with firmware 1.12. On friday I lost all movie channels. I have done a factory reset but they are still not working. 2 friends who also live in L15 also have had same problem but have now lost all channels. Does anyone know a way to fix this?

looks like n3 has hit your area /have a read up on c/s thats the only way forward at the mow

a way around nag3, but be warned...if you dont know why your box has suddenly gone off... i would not bother... you need to do some research.....
