    digivox xl help needed please please

    Desperatly seeking some help in laymens terms please - im a girl
    all my channels have gone. i have virgin media and am in teh birmingham area. i have done teh automatioc installation followed by teh 1004 and turning emu on but still no joy.
    iv tried it several times but not got anywhere and my o/h is blaming me that he hasnt been able to watch the sports channels, b/cus teh channels went off when i was in and he was out. sigh. so can someone please explain to me in very basic terms what i need to do.
    i know other people including me have had a new virgin card whihc i have used for tyhe upstairs tv but struggling as all the ggod channnels have gone downstairs?

    can someone please help me?

      i read your link and sorry for being a noob but does it mean that its all over for that digivox xl and theres nothing i can do? i am on the bit where im scanning and scaning and theres nothing i can do.
      i steher any way round it?
