Ok folks, don't exactly know what's going on today. Is it a genuine problem with VM? Have they changed the keyroll method? I'm sure we'll find out soon enough.

There's a PC application that will give you the keys and they work.

The keys are not auto updating for me so manual entry of the keys is required. Either FTP to the box and edit the /var/keys/Keylist.txt (evocamd) or /var/keys/Softcam.Key (mgcamd) file with the new keys or use Tuxbox Commander or another plugin to edit them. The files will most likely have more than one line of keys, the top two are the ones in use, you can delete all other lines. In the KeyMaster application, there is a space between each set of two characters, there should be NO space in the keylist.txt file, it should be a continuous line of 16 characters (0123456789ABCDEF).

Using the KeyMaster application, the keys still need to be updated by someone at the other end, it's not an autop update program so if they are not workig, give it time, don't be posting that it doesn't work.

If you can manually edit the keys on your box, you'll be ok for the short term.

I have just noticed that the code has changed again recently and I have added the updated code which has worked a treat!! Picking up on your final line up above you mention that this will work short term, what do you mean by this and will I need to get my box updated or something?

You should be able to download. Are you still having the problem. The mods may not be able to keep up with th pace of things here. Sorry if I came across in an abrupt manner and let me know if you can in fact download keymaster
