    vm box fault

    hi i just bought a vm box of internet for my boy room,when i plugged box in all i got on front of box was ld30,how do i fix this,or is it a dud box.

        m8, virgin cards are paired to boxes...
        the box will not work.
        virgin never sell there boxes.
        the box always remains the property of virgin..
        i hope you didnt pay much for it.....

          multiroom is what you need,as long as u already subscribe, V or V HD box ?5.50 per month or V+ box @ ?10 / month.

            ld30 thats a freq/simble prob, nip into em change freq/simble to ur area, bet it works then.....

                hold in up an down buttons on box as u boot it up that gets u into em there u can change freq/simble...

                    hi got in to change frequency,how do i save changes,it comes up stb must be rebooted,when i do this it just goes back to last settings.

                      hi m8 yes thats rite it should say that, when it says changes have been made set top box must reeboot just press the ok button on ur remote, that saves changes....

                        any more help im pressing ok to reboot,but its going back to page with last frequency,also i have noticed that it says card not paired,will this affect the reboot.sorry for being a pain.

                          hi m8 no thats ok thats why were here. once uve made the changes and the box rebootes it should go back to the page u were on showing u the changes uve made to the freq/simble, the best way of rebooting after that is hold in the standby button till the display on box says boot then let go, it doeant matter if it says card not paired it just means all u will get is free views....

                              hi again m8,im doing everything right i think,when i hold standby all im getting on box is stop not reboot,when i go back to frequency page,no changes have been made.
