anybodys box went off in last 5 minutes

my starviews just went down again. i updated the keys earlier and was fine but 5 mins ago channels went off and got th data being updated message.
Plugged in a kryptview with todays update on it and its updated fine.


it is another key change, just updated them again and fine.
