Hi can anyone help me I'm having probs with setting up the digital duo box its been flashed done the auto search on 6952 symbolrate got all the channels names come up, gone into network ip setup clicked on auto settings I just get a number where it says user dns I click on apply nothing happens so I have to press exit, then I turn the net app onto upstream, then exit out and all I'm getting is freeview channels, am I doing something wrong can someone help me and dose havin a splitter have an affect on installing the box.

The box is set up threw my wireless router using Ethernet.

i cant offer any help...but you could help me...i just got a dig-duo box today... and i cant find the firmware...any chance of telling me were you got the firmware from thanks edd

did you scan the box with the lan cable out m8.
you can also try switching off at mains and rebooting it this worked for me.
