Does anybody know how to add these keys to the digivox xl , step by step instructions would be appreciated.....

Not 100% sure about XL model but original digivox manual key input. Using remote:-
1. Select Menu.
2. Scroll down to system information.
3. Press ok.
4. Pres numbers 1004.
5. Select Nagravision and press ok.
6. Select your provider and enter the key data that you can get from here.
7. Remember to press ok to store the new data and exit back to tv.
Your channels should be back.
