usb slot??

hi everyone i am new to this site, just a quick question. is there anyway to get your recorded programs off your v box + (the real virgin hd box) usb slot at the back maybe?? thanks

m8 u simley record them onto a dvd recorder/vido recorder..

due to copy right protection I don't think it's possible to copy straight from your V+ box to PC,
I think the only way is from your V+ box to a DVD recorder via a scart lead
