"The Box PVR"

My friend has something caled "The Box PVR" . Is there a way to edit the keys on this device?

I have the same box
its easy
1) Press Menu, System Setup, Parental Control, then Info(i button) then key in 2007, select Nagravision



2) on the first line scroll left or right with the arrows (next to ok button) until you find the old cable provider in the area the box is used before virgin took over.

3) scroll down to numbers at the bottom and edit the numbers that need changing from left to right for key 0 using the keypad like you would do on a mobile, ie if you what a number press the correct number, if you want a letter press the number more than once until the correct letter comes up. press ok to save key 0.

4) Scroll up one line then press right arrow once to change to key 1. Scroll down and edit as above. after saving key 1 exit all the way out and check.
