introduction

Hi All

i am crusader and i am very new to this forum. i would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself to this forum and i hope i can contribute positively to the chats and any other events that take place.

i brought a kryptview box a couple of months ago and it has now gone down. anyway i heard this is the place to get it sorted.

i was wondering if anyone had any solutions to resolving the problem i have with my box. it went down the other day and i am told that i need a firmware to get it up and running. can anyone advise?
